This weekend Jason & Megan came down from Lexington for their yearly spring visit. Since they've made the trip to Nashville several times we decided to have a weekend mostly at home. Daniel and Jason took the time to cook together and trade tricks in the kitchen. Jason taught Daniel how to make gravy and Daniel taught Jason to love the InstantPot.
Felicia and her man Kaarthik came to stay with Jake in East Nashville too, so we all got to hang out as a group a couple times. Friday evening was like a party at our house with all of seven people here at once. Saturday evening we all met up at Chauhan Ale & Masala House for dinner. It is always amazing, but getting to go with a big group of people you love is especially wonderful.
Sunday everyone headed home and Daniel and I got the house cleaned up and ready to start the work week. This week I'm also listing our La-Z-Boy loveseat on Craigslist. If you're interested in the friends and family discount, speak up soon.
