Mid-July in Nashville

I apparently absolutely forgot to update the blog last week. It's been a pretty normal few weeks in Nashville, so nothing too exciting to report. We took a bike ride both weekends and a few walks (one we remembered to photograph). We enjoyed ceramics on Wednesday and we ate some great food.

We found very well priced action cam to use on our bike rides that came with helmet and handlebar attachments. We've had a lot of fun figuring it out & it's made photos and videos from the tandem much easier to take. We're especially excited to share some of the videos we got this last weekend, they came out much better than the first round. Daniel thinks that these videos show what riding in Shelby Bottoms is like better than anything he's seen otherwise. Scroll to the bottom of the page for the videos

For years Daniel and I have talked about going to Centennial Park Big Band Dance and we never remember for some reason. We finally did this past Saturday and it was great. I hope it will be a regular summer outing for the Carter-Embry's.

Daniel and I also started @SoyFreeNashville on Instagram to track restaurants that are soy allergy friendly and get recommendations and new places to try that are soy free.
