Elimination Diet

I’m about a month and a half into eliminating soy from my diet to try to fix my stomach. But I half assed it for the first two weeks…

I see little to no difference.

I’m doing this for 3 month, then I’ll add in another weird thing I can’t remember to eliminate. I’ll do both for three months and if that doesn’t work I’ll add gluten.

At that point I will have tried every treatment the doctors have suggested. Nothing has worked so far, I don’t expect it to start.

It’s easy to stay skinny when you can’t eat. I always look for the bright side.
