Daniel and I are really enjoying our Cheekwood Membership this year. This is the second Thursday Night Out that we've made it to and it was another great success. We stopped by Target on the way to pick up some picnic supplies (they have food trucks, but my allergies prevent me from eating at a lot of them). We got to Cheekwood around 7 and spent a few hours listening to the band and exploring the gardens. We found a new path after dark that we want to walk before it gets dark next time.
The new art exhibit, Cracking Art, is absolutely beautiful in the gardens and inside the mansion. The threat of rain kept the whole place pretty much empty, but it was a great rainless time anyway. Everyone left Cheekwood refreshed, happy, and tired.
