Ingredients
- 4 whole Fresh Tomatoes
- 1 dash Olive oil
- 1 large whole Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- to taste Dried or Fresh Basil
- 1 splash Red wine (or red wine vinegar)
- dash Salt

Prep Ingredients
- Dice Onion Very Small
- Quarter Tomatoes
- Mince Garlic
Cooking Instructions
- Put a hearty dash of olive oil, set heat to medium high
- When hot, fry onions
- When the onions start to get translucent and/or brown, add garlic
- Fry until fragrant
- Add wine, cook for a couple of minutes until liquid is bubbling and reducing
- Lower heat to medium low
- Add tomatoes, dash of salt, several dashes of basil
- Cover, let cook 10 minutes
Prepare to Serve
- After 10 minutes, remove from heat, blend with submersion blender until smooth
- Serve with pasta of your choice
