Prep Ingredients
Dice Onion Very Small
Quarter Tomatoes
Mince Garlic
Cooking Instructions
Put a hearty dash of olive oil, set heat to medium high
When hot, fry onions
When the onions start to get translucent and/or brown, add garlic
Fry until fragrant
Add wine, cook for a couple of minutes until liquid is bubbling and reducing
Lower heat to medium low
Add tomatoes, dash of salt, several dashes of basil
Cover, let cook 10 minutes
Prepare to Serve
After 10 minutes, remove from heat, blend with submersion blender until smooth
Serve with pasta of your choice
