Ingredients

Ground Meat of your chose (I use ground chuck)

cans
light red kidney beans
1
med can
tomato sauce
2
cans
diced tomatoes
1
med-large
onion, diced
1
dash
nutmeg
chili powder (to taste)
Instructions
Sauté diced onion until soft
Brown Ground Meat with onion & chili powder
Drain Grease
Add cans of beans, tomatoes, and tomato sauce to meat over med-low heat
Add nutmeg & additional chili powder to taste
Cook on medium for 30 minutes
Simmer for an additional 30 minutes & it’s good to serve, but it’s even better to simmer it longer
