Instructions
Pre-Prep
Preheat oven to 350° F or 175° C
If using All purpose flour, mix in baking powder and salt
Prep Fruit (depit, slice, etc)
Mix flour, sugar, and milk
Preparation
Melt butter in pan or skillet
Pour flour, sugar, and milk mixture over melted butter
Add fruit over top
Baking & Serving
Bake for 30 minutes or until top is brown
Let cool 30 minutes before serving. Serve with ice cream or alone.
